Goodbye my friend...

For those of you who have come to my craft room on Girls' Nite Out, you have met my boy Scruffy.  I am sad to say that the moves over the last year, as well as age, caused him to slide down hill healthwise, and on July 2nd, I had to put my beloved to sleep.  Poor guy couldn't walk any more and was falling over, besides other issues.  That was the hardest thing I ever had to do.  I still cry, and miss him like mad.  He always sat next to me no matter where I was in the house, but he especially liked me crafting.  I had him for almost 17 years (he was 16+) as I got him as a wee pup.  A long time devoted companion who was with me through thick and thin.  Rest in peace my love!

Soon, my friends, soon...

After more delays than I could count, we are finally in our new place! Yippee!! However, I am still unpacking ... the hardest part is to unpack my 550 square foot craft room where I taught my classes, into my second bedroom 175 square feet. But when I am done, you won't believe how much I will get in there! I made sure that there are two stations (you always want someone else over to play!) with the ability to add perhaps 2 more... Then next I need to check out my complex's great room (that holds 27) to see about doing some crafting down there. In addition, I will be looking for churches and any other places that have large areas in both the Lehigh Valley and/or Hunterdon Co. where I am now. If you know of a place, let me know because I want to work up a class and stamp-a-stack schedule! Thanks for visiting guys!!

Get ready, Get set...

So finally! We got the C.O. on our new place which lets us into the building and grants use of the elevator (doesn't that sound elegant?!?!?!) However, we are still awaiting the CO on moving in....but we can PAINT!! My craft room gets painted first this weekend...priorities, you know!!! LOL Anyway, I am sooo happy to be able to get back in the swing of things...its going to be like Christmas, since I haven't seen my things since July 2011! WOW....that is so long ago...We were supposed to be in our new home by October and then it got delayed continuously month by month. So just get ready ladies, when I have my craft room set up, we will be back in business!! YIPPEE! You have no idea how I missed my stamping and my stampin buddies. Did you miss my creations????
